动动才能鲜活
回家见着两个瘦不拉几的MM饭后居然吃排毒胶囊，无限感慨，这样看来我干脆吃泻药。
想减肥，又不忍心节食，那就运动。
年前好不容易得到一打的游泳票，我要好好珍惜。
啊~ 游泳 我不会。
不会可以学滴。少穿点去。
动物大都有能在水中游的天性，我没有理由学不会的，我是高级的啊。
